DescriptionDarning egg of mold-blown pale blue glass. Blown in a double hinged bottle mold and then flattened into an ovoid. Not opened at rim as a bottle would have been, but closed to form the handle. Good condition, no sign of wear or use and not a bottle glass color. Probably a reproduction of a 19th century whimsey made for sale now in an historic complex shop.
