DescriptionChinese exportware dish. Flared rim is notched octagonally, has alternating red and blue gilt bands between notches. Rim has four multicolored floral motifs and is separated from central design by red gilt trefoil band on cavetto. Design at center of two birds, one green, one rose, on strange vertical rocks amid large peony-like flowers. Underside plain.
