InscribedOn front of window mat, at top: "Jurojin, the God of Longevity, with the symbols the tortoise and the pine tree. He is known by his mitered cap and long beard. He is something accompanied by the stag. Quite an old print. Date 18th Century." "Rim-Chiyo" printed on lower left hand corner of window. "$5.00" in lower left hand corner of mat and "1208" in red pencil on right side. On front of back mount sheet: "Jurojin, the God of Longevity, known by his white beard, mitred cap and long staff. Sometimes accompanied by stag and tortoise or crane. Pine tree also represents long life."
