DescriptionSheraton side chair of mahogany with checkerboard inlay on skirt. Minor splitting. Round reeded legs, checkerboard banding. Center front on skirt has carved leaves framed by a rectangle. Brown and tan striped upholstery, held on with brass-head tacks. Square back. Stiles lightly carved with bell flowers set tap. Splat-urn shaped form emerging from plums. Center of straight crest rail has carved leaves.
