InscribedNo visible marks. Old paper label was attached to bottom, but is now loose. Marked: "KW/186/50000". Initialed "V" on two front panels and "L" on the right panel. Also, key has double "W" design for manufacturer.

DescriptionJewel casket. Box sits on a stepped plinth with four feet and rope trim decoration. Front and back have indented panels with dancing figures. Two front ones have initial "V" on the left one and "L" on the right one. (Viktor Lurje?). Around these are blue enamel borders inscribed. There is an overall design of quatrefoils within squares. End panels have indented panels with heads of Greek gods and cover a relief head of the goddess surrounded by a maze with the goddess' name, Porseche. Two bands of leafage are raised in relief on either side of this. The interior is lined in orange leather with a removable tray.
