DescriptionThis is a clam-shell shaped flask patented by William T. Murphy of New York City on December 27, 1892. The flask is in the shape of a clam shell. The shell is of clear glass painted in pink. The stopper is a cork. The patent photograph is illustrated in A.C. Revi's AMERICAN PRESSED GLASS AND FIGURE BOTTLES, page 374.
