DescriptionThis is a rectangular portrait of a woman with two masks. It is composed of three gelatin silver contact prints.Label TextRobert Salazar American (b. 1950) Untitled Portrait with Double Masks, 1991 Gelatin silver contact prints Gift of Sandra Brauner Salazar 93.12 This photograph entered the collection after being shown in the Light Images '92 exhibition. It was also reproduced on the cover of the catalogue published to accompany the exhibition. Light Images began in 1977 as an annual outdoor show on the grounds of the Chrysler. In 1984, the show moved inside to the Museum's photography gallery and became a biennial juried exhibition, accompanied by the publication of a catalogue. The final Light Images took place in 1996.
