DescriptionPitcher of clear, blown, cut and engraved glass. Ovoid shape waisted at the bottom with thirteen 1.5" high panels and a central section engraved with vine swags. Central cartouche contains a profile bust of a helmeted warrior. Neck has eight longer panels on the front and sides and these are engraved with fern-like swags. Cut helmet shaped rim. Attached solid plain handle, sliced flat at the top and at the bottom side. Star cut bottom. Part of a set. See Goblets 52.18.39 and 52.18.40.
