DescriptionReticulated inkstand of glass blown into a copper frame with a green patina on the body. The body is formed by a bronze framework consisting of six star-like figures, each with eight triangular apertures, separated by columns of three triangular apertures and bordered on the shoulder by a ring of small rectangular openings. Opaque jade-green glass was blown into the framework. The hinged bronze cover is impressed with a ring of rectangles. Inside the inkstand is an inkwell of clear mold-blown glass.
