DescriptionAmpulla depicting St. Menas. Ancient Roman, Coptic Christian Pilgrim's flask. Coptic period, about 3rd century. Excavated at Alexandria. St. Menas-Bishop of Alexandria with nimbus over his head, killing the lions.
