DescriptionPlate of clear pressed glass. Forget-me-not lacy border. Cold enameled with blue flowers and a center scene "WORLD'S FAIR" "ST. LOUIS 1904" and "Festival Hall & Cascade Gardens". Some blue enameling has been worn off.
