DescriptionBottle/flask/sprinkler of clear blown yellowish tinted glass. Stick style squat cylindrical bulb decorated with band of 11 prunts & a band of double threading & neck with two rows of applied pincered bands & double knop below slightly flaring rim sprinkler or dropper opening in neck. Applied foot rim & slight central base kick.Published ReferencesDr. Von Saldern, NORFOLK BULLETIN, Sept. 1962, "...product of a Near Eastern glass house operating within the realm of an Islamic ruler & can be dated in the 9th-10th centuries."
