DescriptionPaperweight of clear, double overlay opal, then pale blue glass. Five punty cuts around and one on top. Geometric cut band around bottom. Enclosing a sulphide bust of Herbert Hoover after medal by Albert David. Small nick top punty cut. Accompanying certificate describes weight and records this as one of 400.
