DescriptionSettee. Squarish settee with a bamboo turned crest rail with circular devices below and a fleur-de-lis shaped finial on either side. Back legs are plain and square and taper down with a slight curve. Front legs are tapered down but turned to simulate bamboo as are the side stretchers. Front stretcher is connected to the seat rail with bamboo turned struts terminating under the stretcher with round wood balls. The back and seat are of flat wire with traces of a worsted fabric which once covered the wire. Arms with flat wire panels. Addition of blossom-like drops at either end of the lower crest rail.
