DescriptionCharcoal drawing of the old Norfolk Borough courthouse (and fire station), which was built in 1780 and stood at the corner of East Main and Nebraska Streets. Artist was daughter of Mrs. Elizabeth Palmer, whose house is also depicted in the drawing; Dr. Leigh's house was next door.
