DescriptionBlown (in four-section mold) white opaline ovoid with elliptical hobnail-like projections, applied blue opaline spool-shaped neck attached to brass fitting; tip of finial ground flat and polished. Brass is cast and lathe turned in urn shape with threaded hole to receive rod -- powder inside perhaps casting sand. For other examples, see GAS.59.653 A&B and GAS.59.634.
