DescriptionOne of eleven pages on Virginia from a book with three illustrations: "Sasquesahanck" - three Indians, one with a bear's head on breast; another showing the inside of a long house (?) with much activity; a hugh crowned idol with arrow in mouth and holding symbols at whose feet are bodies and two men at a small altar. The first page has a portion on New Netherlands, and the last page on Florida. These are woodcuts on laid paper, and are used and stained.
