DescriptionDecanter and stopper. DECANTER: Blown, cased cobalt over colorless double pourer lip. Cut panel neck. Cut punties and quatrefoil at the bottom and below the neck. Undecorated central band. Monogrammed "T". Matching overlay. STOPPER: Cut hollow steeple stopper.
