DescriptionCovered coffee pot from a silver tea and coffee service, consisting of tray, covered coffee pot, covered tea pot, creamer, covered sugar bowl, and a tea strainer on a stand. Pear-shaped coffee pot with seed pod finial on the cover, and an ivory side handle, raised on three zoomorphic feet. The round teapot decorated the same way with a stepped body, as are the other three pieces. The covered sugar has a seed pod finial and the tea strainer on a stand has the handle of ivory decorated with two seed pods intertwined. The tray has an earlier mark than the rest of the service.
