DescriptionCredits page for the portfolio "Pinnochio" by Jim Dine. White page with black print. It reads: "These 36 original lithographs by Jim Dine were drawn in New York City, Paris and Walla-Walla, Wsahington in 2005. 45 copies of each image were printed: 35 copies, 6 artist's proofs and 4 printer's proofs. The edition signed & numbered on this page. All the images, stamped on the back for identification, were printed on off-white Hahnemühle 300 gram paper with the exception of chapters 14 & 31 that were printed on Hahnemühle cream 300 gr. paper.

All original lithographs, title pages & colophon were hand-printed at Atelier Michael Woolworth in Paris by Daniel Clarke, Aurélie Pagés, Ismael Orgambidez, and Michael Woolworth in 2006. The Box was designed by Daniel Clarke & Jim Dine and was made at Atelier Micheal Woolworth."
