DescriptionOne of 28 prints (photoengravings) of Norfolk scenes. Plates found c. 1925 in a box at National Bank of Commerce by Sam Mathew, and some plates made of them at that time. These scenes are printed in the center of sheets of thin paper. This particular print depicts City Hall Avenue, east from Boush Street.
