DescriptionSmall pressed plate/saucer with nasturtium-like leaves in radial design and leaf ends forming scalloped rim. Poor quality with some imperfecitons and impurities. Libbey had an exhibition factory on Columbian Expo Fair Grounds and this piece was made there.
