DescriptionCovered jug. Royal Flemish. JUG: Enameled in soft tones of greens, tans, buff and mauve divided into segments with thick gilt lines in imitation of stained glass. Gilt decoration of an angel slaying a dragon. Bulbous shape with a pair of applied pointed, angular handles. Polished pontil. LID: Ovoid. Mauve with thick scroll gilding and a gilt steeple finial.
