DescriptionThe David L. Hack Civil War Photography Collection. This picture is titled "Granite Hill" and shows a landscape photograph of a small hill with several trees and boulders on top of it. There is an open field area below the hill. In the foreground rest a few more boulders. The text section below the photo indicates that the hill was "near Round Top hill" and was it was "the stronghold occupied by the extreme left wing of the Union Army."
