DescriptionCovered box. BOX: Opal pressed glass box. Cylinder of fourteen concave panels with a narrow fourteen sided projecting collar-like shelf just below the straight rim. COVER: Matching dome shape. Fourteen concave panels with a hexagonal flat topped finial. Decorated with a worn enameled bird and on the finial top, in gilt, : "Kate".
