DescriptionBlue scale ground with white reserves. Scalloped edges deep blue, center medallion white with three flying insects with inner circular swag. Border is in gold, from the center up the sides to the lip. Three medallions in white framed with baroque scrolls in gold with exotic birds in purple and blue on a green patch of ground with ferns.
