DescriptionArgand single arm mantel lamp. Square white marble base on which rests a footed plinth with cornucopias and leaves on each foot. Column has decorations of leafage and is surmounted by an urn-shaped reservoir. The fuel tube is appended from the shaft and forms a curved arm decorated with leafage and flowers and terminates in a tube with air intake at its' bottom end and a support for a vase shaped cut and etched glass shade which seems original. There is a bronze ring which rests on the shoulder of the reservoir with two birds perched on it on either side and from this are suspended faceted prisms.
