DescriptionDecanter and stopper. Blown, colorless, cut finger flutes 1.75" high at the bottom and 1/2 inch wide band engraved leaf and floral design on the frosted background. Shoulder and top panel cut. Between are three neck rings. Cut bull's eye stopper. Large rim nick and several small ones and nicks on stopper.
