DescriptionPokal of clear, blown and engraved glass. Ovoid shape. Squat hollow baluster stem with a rather stylized leaf rosettes in matte relief, which is repeated on the flat foot near the stem and at the base of the bowl. Bowl is engraved with Crowned cipher of King Frederic I of Prussia (1700-1713) and a "hunting" scene of a figure of a cupid and hounds pursuing a stag. The inscription: "Il faut chasser avant la prise" above (It is necessary to hunt before the catch). Inner rim ground glass "sick" crizzled and showing flaking on the outside.
