DescriptionLacy cup plate of colorless pressed glass. Octagonal cap ring, each side with seven even scallops between corner scallops. Stippled shoulder-four stars alternating with repeating foliate designs. Base-square ribbed (stippled rope variety) with American flag on main mast. Foot-22 bull's eye foot rests.
