DescriptionHeavy gilt silver enamel spoon having fig-shaped bowl decorated on back with head among foliage. The back ground is white surrounded by a light blue bland within a rope beading around outer edge of bowl. Octagonal handle is divided into four secitons including bulbous end having a tiny pointed finial. Two center sections have four decorated and four undecorated sections. The lower four contain (two yellow, one white and red) leaves with white dots having tiny red spots. The upper of these center secitons is decorated with four groups of foliage on the four sides directly above the yellow and white group. These are blue green and white with red. The end has a band of tear drops (head to foot) with dots at the upper points, green, dark and light blue, dark blue, yellow and white with red. Ground white.Unknown date
