DescriptionMiniature portrait of a man in a blue coat with a wide shawl collar. The man is wearing a decoration around his neck on a ribbon and also a decoration on his coat. There is a sash across the front of his vest in the manner of someone in the diplomatic service. The miniature is possibly French and not of very good quality. Black wood frame with gilt metal liner around opening.
