DescriptionOverlay; ruby over clear; slightly curved down rim with 9 bracket scallops. Flat part of rim cut to clear with oval and floral designs; attached octagonal ribbed baluster stem and round foot with 4 cuts around rim. Rather lightweight, not flint.
