DescriptionPlate of clear blown brilliant cut glass. Panel pattern (patented Aug. 3, 1909) of 20 deep cut spokes radiating from the central star. Divided between them are graduating stars and bars. Rim of twenty large scallops divided by double points. Minor nicks at rim.
