DescriptionMemorial print to an actor, Shuyo Jitsusan Koji "posthumous name". In the style of Kunisada or Toyokuni II. They are shown in death robes rather than stage dress. Printed in smaller numbers than other forms of actor portraits, most were issued quickly, within days of the death.
