DescriptionOpaque white blank (probably Mt. Washington) bottom 1" cone shape then ridge; rest cylinder decreasing in diameter with pair of ridges 1" from rim. All but ridge painted pale blue and between ridges enameled multicolor bird with brown and gray reeds; gilt bands around each ridge.
