DescriptionHead of Buddha made of bronze, perhaps with a clay core. Head has flattened top with no USNISA, head open at top but filled with clay (?) core. Slight smile, downcast deeply undercut eyes, snail shell curls, irregular edge at neck. Loose triangular piece at back of neck. Curls, back of head and neck heavily encrusted. Green patina on face, some gilt remaining on forehead, both earlobes gone.
