DescriptionWool brocaded textile fragment on natural cotton ground having seven rows (horizontal) of brown birds facing left between a border of waves within solid lines. Top natural margin finished and right hand selvedge remains. Four top rows of birds and bottom two made with thread floating from bird to bird. Third row of birds from bottom has been formed without these floater threads. Irregularly shaped.
