DescriptionEarly 17th century Indian miniature in the Persian technique from a Shah Namah; inserted into a border from an early Persian manuscript. Brown paper with animals drawn in gold. Lions, cheetahs, hunting deer and cranes(?); battle scene between Indians and Persians.
