DescriptionEpergne/tier plates. Overlay, blue over clear flint glass. Central paneled stem with triple step round foot, the 11.125" diameter plate with central hole rests on stem platform 6.5" from bottom; this and the similar 8.125" diameter 11" from bottom, are overlayed in a spoke design with every other spoke acid etched, rims are punty cut and flaring up, top 4.25" diameter screws to stem and simulates a blossom with turned down rim of same design as plates.
