DescriptionThis is a costume of a red cardinal. It is made of red flannel, with a blue electric design in stripes and patterns to resemble feathers. A large blue circle - center front - with red "7" in center. The artist included a headpiece, with blue & black felt and a yellow felt beak. Yellow ribbed nylon knee sock, red nylon stretch leotard top, and red nylon stretch tights with black ballet slippers complete the costume.ProvenanceMrs. Walter P.
