DescriptionWhite porcelain plate, high foot rim, white glaze with overglaze enamel decoration in famille verte colors. A bird sits on a flowering branch with hyudrangea blossoms, iron red triangular petaled flowers below. Branch freely outlined in black, rest of design finely outlined. Foot rim flat, perhaps ground. Glaze pitted on mouth rim and bottom. Slight brown discoloration of white glaze on interior; marked iridescence on large branch and lower hydrangea blossoms.
