DescriptionThis goblet is a recreation of a 17th century dragon stemmed goblet. It features a clear thin symmetrical bowl. The stem begins with a single roundel that rest on the head of an applied dragon form. The dragon has 2 aqua blue wings and aqua blue details near its eyes. The dragon sits on another roundel that connects to the foot of the piece.
ProvenanceThe piece was purchased from NY Experimental Glass Workshop in March of 1993 for $175.00. The goblet then went into the Boroff’s private collection. It was donated to the Chrysler in 2016 by the Boroffs.
