DescriptionThe goblet is a long conical bowl that connects to a curved stem modeled to resemble a vine. The bowl is a soft frosted light pink glass with a dark pink rim. Beneath the bowl and next to the curved stem is a frosted glass eggplant that reached the base of the bowl and consumes most of the vessels foot. The foot is a round piece of green frosted glass.
ProvenanceThe piece was purchased from Robert Levin-- Blown Glass on November 5, 1992 in Burnsville, NC by Alan and Barbara Boroff. It was in their private collection until 2016 when they donated it to the Chrysler Museum of Art.
