DescriptionThis is a gelatin silver print that depicts figure in the foreground riding a bicycle in silhouette. Behind the figure, another person holds a flaming object, perhaps a firework, that produces smoke and sparks. A sign is visible that is only partially legible. It reads: “oggi al fiamma,” Italian for “today at the flame,” and may be a movie theater announcement. Unmounted.ProvenancePurchased from Vintage Works, Ltd.
