DescriptionDecanter and stopper. Blown, colorless cone shape, 12-panel cut neck and 1" high panel cuts around base; fine cut; blaze-like; wings around one side of oval cut groves of three lengths, polished pontil. Blown hollow steeple shape stopper (not original).
