DescriptionBulbous shaped vase with grey-white figures of nude women all around. Iron-red leaf-like background.

Label TextVase French, ca. 1930 Faience The decorator of this vase, Edouard Cazaux, exhibited at the annual salons of the Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts and the Salon d'Automne. In addition to a variety of vessels, Cazaux did striking statuettes and decorated the works of other artists, particularly those of fellow members of L'Evolution and La Stéle, groups of artists who bad banded together.
