DescriptionOrnament of apparel of a phoenix bird. With seven notched tail feathers of paper backing faced with feathers. Wings & back have overlapping circles of wire with feathers, wings folded at sides. Head pointed upward, purple comb & red beak. Head also faced with blue feathers. Pearls form line across tail.
