DescriptionThis is a owl costume in eight parts. It is comprised of an owl paper mask, 4 strips of white feathers (7 inches) of varying lengths - all on white velvet. One strip, 5 inches long, of white feathers to go around the neck. There is an organza cape with white strips of feather at random and a striped feather headband to complete the costume.ProvenanceMrs. Walter P.
