DescriptionOrnamental plate of blown clear blue glass with opaque white inclusions. Polychrome enamel decoration (thickly painted) consisting of a rose with yellow, pink & white blossoms. Also, a superimposed circular band of Greek repeating scroll (in pink) with an orange-red tulip-like bell flower. Gilt dot ground and gilt rim. Rim is ground and polished. Gilt metal hanging frame with rope border and morning-glory-like flower (die-stamped metal) at hanger loop.
